Vernon Rosa caps a four-decade career with the Plumbers/Fitters Union on Dec. 31 after serving the past four years as the Apprenticeship Coordinator in charge of the PAMCA-UA Local 675 Training Center.

“I’ve enjoyed the stimulation of working with our apprenticesand watching their advancements in the specialties they chose, to the benefit of Hawaii consumers,” Rosa said.

“We’ll miss Vernon’s dedication and work ethic at the Center. We wish him and his family many years of deserved relaxation,”business manager Reginald Castanares said.
